2A:We can provide sample for free of our stock products ,but customer should pay for the freight cost.It will cost some sample charge for custom designs but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3Q:Payment Terms

3A:Usually you should pay 30% deposit before production,The balance be paid before shippment.For the small order,you need to pay 100% payment before production.

4Q:Do we need to pay the cost of creat mould for special products?

4A:Yes.Once we create your mold,you need to pay the cost of the mould .when your order quantity up to 20000 pcs that the cost of mould will be refund for you.

5Q:Do you offer customized packing?

5A:Yes.All of our products can be packed as your requirement.

6Q:How long is your lead time ?

6A:Usually for our normal products sample order is within 10 days for batch order is 25 days .
